Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch notification email once your parcel is on its way.

We do not courier orders ourselves. All deliveries are fulfilled by independent, third-party courier companies — including The Courier Guy, Pargo, and Courier It. Once your order is packed and collected by the courier, all further delivery updates, notifications, and real-time tracking will come directly from them. The specific courier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your dispatch email.

We ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and surrounding areas. Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows — typically an additional 1–3 business days.

Once we hand your parcel to the courier, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number and a direct link to your courier's tracking portal. From that point, all real-time delivery updates are provided by the courier — not by Calm-Era.
