Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Contact us before returning any item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used botanical products cannot be returned. Gift sets that have been unwrapped are also non-returnable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Ozow refunds are subject to their processing timelines.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
How to Initiate a Return
Email rethabile@thestuurboi.co.za with your order reference and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
